I am happy I chose Stahl. It has turned out to be quite sturdy and made for heavy-duty use. It is quite easy to clean as well.
I chose this over popular brands mainly because I trust the quality.
Easy to clean, needs less gas as due to steel we need to cook on low flame, heavy base so food does not stick, need less oil for cooking
Of all the stainless steel kadais I have used, I find this to have the thickest base, which means that food does not stick to the bottom,
This cooker is much broader than the regular cookers, and works well even for curries and biryani, which is what I was exactly looking for!
