PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) is a high-performance thermoplastic known for strength and heat resistance up to 250 °C. It’s non-toxic, PFOA-free, BPA-free, and certified food-safe by LFGB (Germany), US FDA, and BIS (India) ideal for Indian cooking.

Yes. The 2.5x thicker PEEK surface prevents peeling or flaking and is 100% toxin-free with no PFOA, BPA, or heavy metals. It’s LFGB-certified, ensuring no metals like lead are released unlike regular non-stick at high temperatures.

Every Artisan Schild product carries a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material performance under normal household use. With basic care, it can last well beyond that.
