Creamy Italian Rice with Crispy Garlic Crumbs in Stahl Artisan Cookware
CREAMY ITALIAN RICE WITH CRISPY GARLIC CRUMBS IN STAHL ARTISAN COOKWARE
The creamiest recipe to make at home! 😍
Here's a meal recipe that is so rich in flavour, and texture, we've thoroughly enjoyed preparing it in the Stahl Artisan Cookware (Frypan, Tasla and let’s not forget the super cool detachable Klasp Handle), which is non-coated and super versatile.
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic
4 pureed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Cheese
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 portions cooked Basmati Rice
2 tbsp fresh Basil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp minced Garlic
Salt to taste
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander
Add 1 tbsp oil in the pan, followed up the chopped onion, cook until onions are translucent.
Add garlic, sauté and cook for 1 minute.
Add pureed tomatoes, salt and pepper. Let it cook and stir in intervals (around 7-8 minutes).
Add fresh cream and grated cheese, mix well.
Add mixed herbs and chilli flakes, followed by the Basmati rice. Mix gently ensuring the rice does not turn mushy.
Top with fresh basil and gently mix.
Add butter, minced garlic, and salt to a pan. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add breadcrumbs and sauté until the crumbs have turned golden brown in colour
Add finely chopped coriander and mix well.
In a bowl, add the creamy tomato rice, top with 1 tbsp garlic crumbs and fresh basil.
