Cash On delivery Policy

The Cash on Delivery (COD) service offered by Stahl allows you to make payment for your favourite Stahl products upon its delivery. The service is available PAN India for all orders (except orders with Spares) up to amounts Rs.5,000

To avail the Cash on Delivery service on an order, you need to select the “Cash on Delivery” option during checkout on the payment page.  All our orders are usually shipped within 1 Business day and you will be notified via Email with the tracking details, once the order is shipped from our Warehouse.

Is Cash on Delivery available on all orders?

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, except those containing spares, with order value up to Rs.5,000. . 

How can I avail Cash On Delivery on my order?

To avail COD on your order, you need to add your desired products to the cart and select the “Cash on Delivery '' option during checkout on the payment page. Please note that we offer COD only on orders excluding spares, with an amount up to Rs.5,000. Please select an alternate mode of payment if you have spares in your cart and the order value is above Rs.5,000.  

How does Cash on Delivery work?

The COD service will also allow you to pay via UPI or Cash at the time of delivery. For Credit / Debit cards, please check the availability of the POS machine with the delivery executive.
