The Artisan Hybrid Tasla Kadhai with Lid is part of Stahl’s high-tech Artisan Hybrid range. Constructed with premium triply stainless-steel (three layers) for outstanding heat distribution and durability, it features German-technology HexaRidge non-stick coating embedded in a honey-comb ridge structure. The elevated ridges ensure minimal contact with the surface, meaning longer life even when using metal utensils. Available in multiple sizes (from approx. 0.7 L up to 4.4 L) to suit everything from light stir-fries to full-scale family meals. Includes a matching stainless-steel lid.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your Artisan Hybrid Tasla Kadhai in peak condition and deliver the best performance:

  • Before first use: Wash the kadhai and lid in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
  • Daily cleaning: Use a soft sponge or cloth with mild dish soap. Avoid using steel wool, abrasive pads or harsh cleansers which may impact the non-stick coating.
  • For stuck-on food: Soak the utensil in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes before gently cleaning.
  • Use moderate heat: Avoid heating the kadhai empty on high flame; gradually pre-heat for best results and to preserve the triply core and coating integrity.
  • Utensil advice: Although the surface is more resilient, using wooden, silicone or nylon utensils will maximise the lifespan of the coating.
  • After washing: Dry immediately and store in a dry place to avoid water spots or mineral deposits.
  • Dishwasher caution: While the body is robust, hand-washing is recommended for maintaining the non-stick performance over time.
