YUMMY POTATO AND CORN BREAD ROLLS IN STAHL HYBRID TASLA

Potato and Corn Bread Rolls by Chef Sneha

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Boiled Potato
  • 4 tbsp Corn; boiled
  • 4-6 tbsp Processed Cheese
  • 1/2 Onion; chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Mix this all really well while mashing the potatoes up.

  • 6 slices of white bread; cut the crust off
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

Dip one side of the bread in water - if you’re not sure of dipping it, just brush one side of bread with water. Squeeze out all the excess water off. Add the filling in the centre diagonally and cover the filling with the sides of the wet bread.

Dry this for 10 mins.

Heat oil and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup.

 

Substitutes:

  • Maida Bread - Whole Wheat Bread
  • Frying - Air Fry / Bake (brush with oil before either)
  • Onion - Capsicum / Spring Onion
  • Oregano - Coriander
  • Chilli Flakes - Chilli Powder
