WINTERY KACHI HALDI KI SABZI IN STAHL HYBRID FRYPAN & TASLA

According to our Blogger, Sneha Singhi Upadhaya, this sabzi is something that she never enjoyed as a kid, but was forced to eat because of how good it was for her. 😍

But she has definitely started enjoying it as an adult. It’s yum and honestly great for your body!

Sneha made this dish using her favourite Stahl Hybrid Tasla & Hybrid Frypan.

Serves 2

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp Ghee
  • 150g Fresh Raw Haldi; thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion; finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Boiled Peas
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala (optional)
  • 1 Tomato; chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli; chopped
  • ½ cup Curd / Yogurt / Dahi - whisked well

 

For the Tadka:

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste; finely chopped
  • Fresh Coriander; for garnish
