WHOLESOME SABUDANE KI KHEER BY IN STAHL HYBRID KADHAI

Happy Navratri to everyone! Today is Day 3 of 9 days of Navratri. Today devotees will worship Goddess Chandraghanta. She is the third form of Goddess Durga. For bhog devotees will offer kheer, makhana, or milk-based bhog, and Royal Blue is the significant color for this day.

We made this Sabudane ki Kheer using butterfly pea flower.

This recipe was made in the Stahl Hybrid Kadhai.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • 1 cup Hot Milk
  • Few Butterfly Pea Flowers
  • Hot Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ tbsp Cardamom Powder

Method:

  1. Soak the Butterfly Pea Flower in hot water for 30 mins.
  2. Now add this extract to Sabudana and rest it for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cook the Sabudana in your Hybrid Kadhai for approximately 2 mins.
  4. Add hot milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the Sabudana. Give it a good mix and allow it to cook for some time.
  5. The delicious Sabudane ki Kheer is ready!
