Tomato rice recipe by Chef Sneha
If you’re bored of your everyday meal, you’ve got to try this recipe with your freshly boiled/ leftover rice. Made in beautiful artisan Kadhai
Heat oil in a pan. Add in the jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves & ginger & cook for 1 minute. Add in the onions & salt & cook till the onions soften. Add the green chilli & tomato. Once the tomatoes have softened, add the dhaniya powder & red chilli powder & cook till the tomato is mushy. Add the rice & mix well. Adjust the seasonings. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot & dig in.
