Mix all the wet ingredients together. Add in the sugar & mix till the sugar dissolves.
Then add in all the dry ingredients & mix gently till it all comes together. Oil the entire pan, on all sides.
Pour it into your Stahl Non-stick Frypan lined with butter paper. Let it cook on a low flame with a lid on for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Be sure to cover the hole in the lid with foil so the steam doesn’t escape.
Once the toothpick comes out clean, leave the cake in the pan for 10 mins. Demould and cover with chocolate chips., let this melt, if it doesn’t melt, place it in the microwave for 30-40 secs.
