Preparation for Pan Fried Noodles
- Boil the noodles until al dente.
- Heat the Blacksmith Hybrid on low flame.
Ingredients for Pan Fried Noodles
For the veggies gravy:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped red chillies
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 4/5 sliced shitake mushrooms
- 7-8 button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 sliced carrots
- Few Bok choy leaves
- Few blanched broccoli florets
- Few green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with water
How to Make Pan Fried Noodles
- Toss 1 portion boiled noodles in 2 tbsp cornflour & 1 tbsp soy sauce & cook over medium heat until crispy and keep it aside.
- Take the blacksmith Hybrid pan again and heat some oil on low flame.
- Add in the ingredients for the veggie gravy and sauté well.
- Pour this gravy on the crispy fried noodles and enjoy!
Tips to Make Pan Fried Noodles
- Make sure you consume the noodles warm immediately after pouring the gravy, so they don’t get soggy.
- You can eat the veggies as is, since they are packed with flavour.
