FAQ's

Q1: How long will these candies keep?

Stored in an airtight tin at room temperature, they keep 5–7 days. Refrigerate in hot weather (may firm up).

Q2: Can I make this nut-free?

Replace hazelnuts with crushed toasted sunflower seeds or omit entirely — the condensed milk + chocolate base still tastes rich.

Q3: Do I need special equipment?

No oven required. The recipe is made in a Stahl Hybrid Frypan, but you can use any heavy-bottomed pan on low heat.

Q4: Why did my filling run out when I shaped the candies?

The center Dairy Milk must be fully melted and slightly cooled before wrapping; make sure the outer mixture is thick enough to hold its shape.
