Holi Thandai Kulfi Recipe:
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1lt milk
1/2 cup jaggery
15 cashews; boil and bring to smooth paste
1/2tsp Elaichi Powder
15-20 strands of kesar
Few drops of kesari colour
2-3tbsp Chopped pista
Method:
Cook the milk until it thickens and reduces to almost half, and forms a lot of malai.
Then, add all the other ingredients and cook until everything is well combined.
Allow this mixture to cool completely before transferring it into small glasses or kulfi molds. Freeze it overnight.
When ready to serve, heat a knife and insert it into the center. Place the ice cream stick and press down to ensure it is tight and secure. Rub the glass between your palms to slightly loosen the sides and demold. Serve immediately as is or with falooda
