Healthy Strawberry & Ponkh/Hurda Salad in Stahl Hybrid Frypan
HEALTHY STRAWBERRY & PONKH/HURDA SALAD IN STAHL HYBRID FRYPAN

Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Ponkh:
1 tbsp Oil
1 ½ tbsp sliced Garlic
1 cup Ponkh/Fresh Green Jowar
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ tsp coarse Chilli Powder or regular Chilli Powder
For the Vinaigrette / Dressing:
4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
8 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Honey
Other Ingredients:
1 cup Lettuce Leaves
½ cup Cucumbers
2 tbsp chopped Pistachios
2 tbsp Feta Cheese (Optional)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced garlic, once they brown add the Ponkh and toss well.
Season with salt, pepper, and coarse chilli powder & remove the heat. Let it cool off completely.
Next prepare the dressing, take all the ingredients in a squeeze bottle or bowl, and whisk till combined.
Now for the assembly take all the other ingredients along with the Ponkh in a bowl and add the vinaigrette. Add the vinaigrette only when you're ready to serve.
Toss well and serve chilled. Top with some feta cheese if you have some
