Heat oil in a pan. Add in onion and garlic, and cook till it starts to brown. Next add the soaked dal and coriander mix and cook for 1 min. Add in the water, cover with a lid and cook for 7-9 mins till it’s cooked through, it shouldn’t get mushy.

For the Tortilla:
I just made a thin and large Atta / whole wheat flour roti.
Assemble:
Add the cooked lentil to the tortilla, add 2-3 tbsp of the dip, add some salad and wrap it up.
