Delicious Veg Manchow Soup in Stahl Hybrid Tasla

DELICIOUS VEG MANCHOW SOUP IN STAHL HYBRID TASLA

One of our all-time favourite soups! With this recipe you can make it exactly Restaurant style and it’s ready in only 5-7 mins!

Serves 2

 

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic; chopped
  • 1 ½ cups veggies; finely chopped (use whatever you have available)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Aromat / Stock Powder
  • Small pinch of Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp Water
  • Fried Noodles (Optional) - Just boil your noodles, coat them in flour and fry in hot oil.

 

Veggies used in the recipe - Carrots, Beans, Bell Peppers, Capsicum, Mushroom, Broccoli

Veggies you can also use - Cabbage, Cauliflower, Baby Corn, all types of Mushrooms, etc.

               

                  Substitutes:

                  • Dark Soy - Light Soy Sauce (don’t add salt)
                  • Stock Powder - 1 tsp Ajinomoto / Chicken Stock / Vegetable Stock (homemade)
                  • Green Chilli Paste - You can use any Chilli Paste / Sauce you have available to you
