DELICIOUS VEG MANCHOW SOUP IN STAHL HYBRID TASLA
One of our all-time favourite soups! With this recipe you can make it exactly Restaurant style and it’s ready in only 5-7 mins!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Garlic; chopped

1 ½ cups veggies; finely chopped (use whatever you have available)

3 cups water

1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
-
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
-
1 tsp Vinegar
-
1 tbsp Aromat / Stock Powder
-
Small pinch of Salt
-
¼ tsp Pepper
-
1 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp Water

Fried Noodles (Optional) - Just boil your noodles, coat them in flour and fry in hot oil.
Veggies used in the recipe - Carrots, Beans, Bell Peppers, Capsicum, Mushroom, Broccoli
Veggies you can also use - Cabbage, Cauliflower, Baby Corn, all types of Mushrooms, etc.
Substitutes:
- Dark Soy - Light Soy Sauce (don’t add salt)

Stock Powder - 1 tsp Ajinomoto / Chicken Stock / Vegetable Stock (homemade)

Green Chilli Paste - You can use any Chilli Paste / Sauce you have available to you
