Delicious Eggless Churros in Stahl Artisan Saucepan & Stahl NevrStick Kadhai

DELICIOUS EGGLESS CHURROS IN STAHL ARTISAN SAUCEPAN & STAHL NEVRSTICK KADHAI

We are truly obsessed with Churros, and they are one of our most favourite desserts to have!

Blogger Shivesh Bhatia used his Stahl Artisan Saucepan to make the eggless dough and Stahl NevrStick Kadhai to fry these beautiful churros to perfection. This Kadhai is induction-friendly and has a C3+ grade coating which essentially means it is more long lasting and durable!

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Cinnamon Sugar (1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder + 1 cup Caster Sugar)
  • Milk Chocolate to serve

Tips:

  1. Add the maida as soon as the water comes to a boil.
  2. Mix continuously to avoid forming lumps of flour.
  3. Let the dough cool a bit before transferring it to your piping bag.
  4. Do not transfer all of your dough in the piping bag all at once. Add it in parts for easier piping.
  5. You can also use double layer of piping bag for easier piping.
  6. Pipe directly on hot oil.
  7. Fry only until they are golden brown and crisp.
