Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 500 gm Button Mushrooms
  • 12-15 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Coriander

Method:

  1. Add butter and oil in a pan, followed by onion, cook until they are translucent
  2. Add button mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes on medium flame until the mushrooms are caramelized and turn into golden brown in colour
  3. Add thyme, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes. Mix well together
  4. Top with finely chopped coriander. Serve warm.
