Crispy Aloo Chaat in Versatil Pressure Cooker & NevrStick Frypan

CRISPY ALOO CHAAT IN VERSATIL PRESSURE COOKER & NEVRSTICK FRYPAN

This is surely going to be your favourite Navratri recipe this year. The dedicated colour for Day 5 of Navratri is Green and we couldn’t think of anything better & yummier.

The pan used in this recipe is the Triply NevrStick Frypanand our blogger, Neha Deepak Shah also used the Versatil Pressure Cooker as a saucepan to par boil the potatoes. These are sturdy, durable & are a must have in your kitchen!

    Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 6 to 7 Medium sized Potatoes
    • Sendha Namak for par boiling
    • Oil for cooking the potatoes
    • ½ cup Coriander (Just take a handful)
    • 4 to 5 Mint Leaves
    • ½ Raw Mango
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • Sendha Namak & Jeera Powder
    • Juice of 1 Lime

             

            Chaat Dressing:

            • ½ cup Coriander (Just take a handful)
            • 4 to 5 Mint Leaves
            • ½ Raw Mango
            • 1 Green Chilli
            • Sendha Namak & Jeera Powder
            • Juice of 1 Lime
            • Mix the Vrat Green Chutney with Dahi

            • Some Pomegranate arils, chilli flakes, mint leaves & crushed peanuts for garnish.

            🌟Vishesh Tippani:

            1. Do not over boil the potatoes. You got to cook it for just 5 mins.
            2. Cook the potatoes on medium flame until crispy.
            3. Serve it immediately for max crispiness & best flavour.
