Creamy Paneer Rice Bowl in Stahl Artisan Frypan & Tasla

CREAMY PANEER RICE BOWL IN STAHL ARTISAN FRYPAN & TASLA

 This delicious meal bowl is onion & garlic-free, super easy to make, and perfectly suited for Navratri. And that’s why we chose to kickstart the #StahlishNavratri series with it!

 The cooking experience of our favourite Bloggers (Pickles & Wine) in the kitchen is always elevated, thanks to Stahl’s Artisan Cookware.

The Cookware used in this dish is the Artisan Frypan, and the Artisan Tasla.

    Recipe

    Ingredients:

    Step 1: Creamy Paneer

    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • 2 tbsp Bell Pepper
    • 5 Cups Milk
    • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
    • 1 Cheese Cube
    • 1 tsp Oregano & Chilli Flakes
    • Salt & Pepper to taste
    • 200 gm Paneer

     

    Step 2: Herb Rice

    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 1 cup Rice
    • 1 tbsp Coriander
    • Salt & Pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

           

          Recipe:

          1. Melt butter in your Stahl Artisan Triply Frypan, add Bell Pepper, Milk, Fresh Cream, Cheese, Salt & Pepper to taste, and Oregano & Chilli Flakes.
          2. Toss in shallow fried paneer in the creamy gravy.
          3. Add oil to your Stahl Artisan Triply Tasla, followed by Rice, Coriander, Salt & Pepper, and Chilli Flakes. The herb rice is now ready.
          4. Serve the Creamy Paneer and Herb Rice in a plate!
