Tips to Make High-Protein Wrap
While the Stahl Artisan Hybrid Tawa is stick-resistant, you may heat it & splash a little water. Then, rub a little oil on it with an onion. This creates a thin layer of oil on the tawa & helps ease the process even further.
You can make the crepes in advance & stack it up, this will soften it & make it foldable.
Best is to serve this wrap fresh.
Now no more gorging on unhealthy foods post-workout with this delicious recipe. Add your choice of veggie and make it appetizing.
