
Pressure Cooker Ganache Cake
Here is a triply pressure cooker hack with which you can now whip up a Decadent Chocolate Ganache Cake.

The Stahl Xpress Triply Pressure Cooker is the master craftsman needed for this simple, yet decadent pleasure.
Ingredients
For the cake batter

135 gm refined flour

50 gm cocoa powder

125 gm icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 125 gm whisked yogurt
- 50 gm melted butter
- 1 egg

Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the chocolate ganache:

250 gm dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 gm icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 gm butter

200 gm cream
Procedure
For the batter, mix all wet ingredients with sugar.

Sift in dry ingredients.

Preheat the Stahl Express cooker on medium heat.

Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and place it inside the cooker.

Cook on medium heat without a whistle for 30-45 mins.

Check if the cake is baked using a toothpick. Demold, and let it cool.

Cut the cake in half horizontally.
For the ganache, heat all ingredients until melted.

Remove from heat and chill for 15 mins.

Whisk with a blender until airy.

Spread ganache on half of the cake and sandwich with the other half.
- Coat the entire cake with ganache using a palette knife.
- Garnish with fruits and sugar.
