CHATPATI DABELI IN STAHL ARTISAN TASLA AND HYBRID TAWA

Recipe
Ingredients:
For Aloo Masala (Dabeli’s Stuffing)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 boiled & mashed Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Dabeli Masala (Ingredients mentioned below)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Dates & Tamarind Chutney
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Masala Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Onion, 2 tbsp Pomegranate, and fresh Coriander
For Dabeli Masala Powder:
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coconut Powder / Dry Coconut
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 8-10 Black Pepper
- ½ Inch Dry Ginger
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 5 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1⁄8 portion of Whole Nutmeg
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ½ Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- ½ Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2-3 Dry Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to make the Dabeli Masala Powder.
- Cook all the ingredients mentioned for the Aloo Masala in the Artisan Tasla on medium flame.
- Mix together everything well.
- Add the filling inside a pav, additionally add some more peanuts, and apply sweet chutney, fresh coriander, pomegranate, sev, etc.
- Add some butter on the Hybrid Tawa, and let it melt. Add the prepared Dabeli pav and toast until light golden brown and slightly crisp.
