WHOLESOME MUSHROOM CAPPUCCINO IN STAHL HYBRID KADAI & MIKRO FRYPAN

Recipe
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Butter
-
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
-
2 cups sliced Mushrooms
-
2 tsp chopped Rosemary or Thyme
-
Salt and Pepper to taste
-
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
-
250 ml Fresh Cream
-
400 ml Milk
-
2 tsp chopped Parsley
For the Foam:
Method:

Heat the butter in a kadhai and fry the garlic for 2 mins

Next add the mushrooms, herbs, salt, pepper & chilli flakes and sauté on medium heat till the mushrooms have cooked. Don’t dry it out completely.

Now take the mushrooms off the heat and let them cool down, once cooled purée this in a mixer till smooth.

Get the mushroom purée back into the kadhai and add the milk & cream.

Adjust the seasoning and bring it to a boil.

At the same time heat up some milk & bring it to a boil.

Using a milk frother, create the foam.

To serve, pour the hot soup into a glass or cup & top it with the milk foam.

Garnish with some rosemary & garlic croutons.
