Veggie Paneer Momos

Here's how you can make these delicious Veggie Paneer Momos.

Preparation of Veggie Paneer Momos

  • Prepare the whole wheat or maida dough using the wrapper dough ingredients.

Ingredients for Veggie Paneer Momos

For the Momos Filling-

  • 1 cup Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

For the Wrapper Dough -

  • Maida or Whole Wheat
  • Water

How to Make Veggie Paneer Momos

  • Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
  • Make the momo wrappers from the dough in your preferred size.
  • Fill the momo filling in the centre and shape the momos as desired.
  • Boil some water in the Versatil Cooker and keep a ring in it.
  • Carefully keep the momos in a greased steamer basket (you can also use a banana leaf as shown), cover with the lid, and steam them till they are perfectly done.

Tips to Make Veggie Paneer Momos

  • Squeeze excess water from the veggies before adding paneer & cheese to prevent the momos from getting soggy and tearing.
  • Make sure you do not over steam the momos.
