The oozing toffee flavour is a winner and you just can’t get enough of the smooth and velevety texture! 🤎😚 PS: Dates add a natural sweetness to the pudding and keeping it healthy! -280g/ 1 1/4 cups pitted dates roughly chopped -1 tsp baking soda / bi carb soda -1 cup / 250 ml boiling water -40 g / 1/4 cup brown sugar -80 g / 6 tbsp unsalted butter -2 eggs, at room temperature -1 1/4 cups / 185 g plain flour (all purpose) -1 1/2 tsp baking powder BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE:
-100 grams/ 1 1/4 cups brown sugar -375 ml / 1 1/2 cups fresh cream -1/2 tsp vanilla extract -70 g / 5 tbsp unsalted butter -Salt to taste Serving: -Ice cream -Chopped Pistachio 🍮 Enjoy this when it’s still warm and gooey to not lose out on the oozing toffee caramel! 🍮 You can even enjoy the cake on its own & it’s delicious ! 🍮 Serve with a dollop of fresh ice cream to beautiful merge the flavours!
