RICH MALAI MOMOS IN STAHL VERSATIL COOKER, HYBRID FRYPAN & DEEP FRYPAN

Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Dough:

1 ½ cup Maida
-
½ tsp Salt
-
¾ cup Water
-
2 tsp Oil
For the Filling:
-
250 gm Chicken Mince
-
1 tsp chopped Garlic
-
1 tsp chopped Ginger
-
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
-
¼ cup chopped Onions
-
¼ cup chopped Carrots
-
¼ cup chopped Red Cabbage
-
¼ cup chopped Red/Yellow Capsicum
-
¼ tsp black Pepper Powder
-
3 tbsp Spring Onion Greens
-
½ tsp Soy Sauce
-
Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
-
1 tbsp Butter
-
1 chopped Green Chilli
-
½ cup Milk
-
½ cup Cream
-
Salt to taste
-
½ tsp Garam Masala
-
1 tsp Chaat Masala
-
½ tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander
Method:
-
Take all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, add water and knead to smooth soft dough.

Rest the dough for 20 mins covered.

Next take all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl, mix well and keep aside

Now roll out small portions of the dough into a thin sheet & cut out 5-6 cm circles

Add 1 tbsp of the filling and shape into momos.

Steam the momos for 15 mins then deep fry in oil till crispy.

Now for the sauce heat butter and fry the green chillies. Next, add the milk & cream followed by the spices & bring to a boil.

Add the momos and toss well. Finish with coriander and serve hot.
