Quick & Easy Skillet Burrito in Stahl Hybrid Frypan


Ready in 10 mins, with easily available ingredients in your kitchen. And it turns out YUMMM! Perfect for tiffins and travel meals!

Makes 2 Burritos

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion; Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Pepper; Chopped
  • 1/4 Yellow Pepper; Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Boiled Kidney Beans
  • 1/3 cup American Corn; Boiled
  • 2 Tomatoes; chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin/ Jeera Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/4cup- 1/2 cup Processed Cheese


Heat oil add onions and peppers, cook for 40secs. Add in kidney beans, corn and tomatoes. Cook for a minute. Add in salt, cumin, red chilli powder and cook till the tomatoes are soft (you can also cover with a lid and this point and cook for 2-4 mins till the tomatoes soften) once they soften add rice and ketchup. Mix it well. Add cheese. Cover with a lid and take it off heat. The cheese will automatically melt.

For the Dip:
1/3cup hung curd
1/2 Lemon

Mix this well. You can add more/less lemon according to your palette.

For the Tortilla:
We just made a large aata/whole wheat flour roti. You can use any flour of your choice.

Add the ready rice to the tortilla. Add the dip. Add some fresh coriander and wrap it up!


  • Bell Pepper - Capsicum
  • American Corn - Sweet Corn
  • Rajma - Tinned Baked Beans (but don’t add ketchup if using this)
