Chef Sneha finds the perfect quick fix recipe, & today it is easy peasy coconut laddoos in Stahl Hybrid pan
Ingredients
Heat the ghee in a pan. Add in the desiccated coconut & cook on low heat for 4 minutes till it slightly changes colour. Next add in the milk & cook till the milk dries out which should take around 4-5 minutes. Add in the jaggery & let it melt. Add in the milk powder & mix well till everything comes together. Take it off heat & make laddoos using the mixture. Coat the laddoo with some more desiccated coconut & dig in.!
