Simple & quick dessert recipe made in Triply Sauce Pan for any special occasion. 

Also a big shoutout to @stahl_india for the amazing range of triply cookware, I’ve used the triply Sauce pan in this video and it’s just so comforting to use. 

For the base 

  • 125gm Oreo cookies 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
For the mousse 
  • 125 ml milk 
  • 125 ml fresh cream 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • 1 tsp coffee powder 
  • 300 gm dark chocolate 
  • 1 cup whipping cream (measured before whipping)
For garnish 
  • Cocoa powder 
  • Strawberries



  1. Crush the cookies and mix them with melted butter. 
  2. Transfer to a 7-8 inch cake tin and press it down using a glass, chill this for 15 mins 
  3. Next bring the milk, cream and butter to a boil, add coffee powder and boil for 3 seconds. 
  4. Next take it off the heat and add the chocolate in 2 batches. 
  5. Once the chocolate is well incorporated,get it to room temperature and then start whipping the cream and then fold in the whipping cream with the chocolate mixture 
  6. Transfer this to the cake tin and chill for 25-30 mins 
  7. Demould the cake, garnish with cocoa powder and strawberries & serve.
