Indianized / Desi Cheese Fondue in Stahl Hybrid Frypan
INDIANIZED / DESI CHEESE FONDUE IN STAHL HYBRID FRYPAN
We’ve named it this because the OG fondue is made with a mix of Swiss cheeses (which aren’t easily available to everyone) and white wine. We’ve made it similar so that everyone can easily make this at home! 😍 .

Serves 4
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butter
1 clove of Garlic
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Cream
½ cup Processed Cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup Cheese Spread
Salt
2 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp Milk
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Mustard
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Oregano (Optional)
1 tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Method:
Melt the butter.
Rub the garlic very well in a pan and remove it.
Now add milk, cream, cheese spread, cheeses.
Let this melt add in all the other ingredients and cook till it thickens.
Serve this hot either in a fondue pot, or on the pan itself.
Accompaniments:
Bread: Slice your bread and toss it with butter and herbs, toast till crispy.
Veggies (Broccoli, Carrot, Baby Corn, Potatoes): Boil your veggies and sauté in butter with salt and dried herbs till they slightly brown.
Fruits (Apple, Pear, Grapes, Strawberries): They taste great with cheese!
