The Stahl Triply Xpress Cooker is designed to be extremely smooth to operate, cooks faster than any other normal steel cooker, and has a double safety mechanism, unlike most other pressure cookers.

Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Jeera
Small pinch of Hing
½ tsp Ginger; grated
1 small Potato; cut in half
1 small Carrot; chopped
4-6 Green Beans; chopped
¼ cup Green Peas
¼ cup Quinoa; washed
¼ cup Moong Dal; washed
Salt
¼ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Haldi
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 cups of Water
Method:
Heat Ghee, add in Jeera, let it pop, then add in Hing and Ginger. Cook for 10-15 secs.
Next, add all the other ingredients together. Cover with the lid.
