Gujarati Tawa Handvo Recipe

Gujarati Handvo is a traditional Gujarati snack that is yummy as well as healthy. In fact, we think it also qualifies as a balanced meal as it has dal, rice & lots of veggies! Chef Naha Deepak Shah made this recipe in Stahl’s NextGen Cast iron frypan, which is 50% lighter than traditional cast iron frypan. The frypan also uses a lot lesser oil compared to traditional cast iron & is stick resistant, which makes if perfect for this recipe. Chef Neha loved how perfectly crispy it turned out and we are sure you will love it too!
