Domino’s Style Potato Cheese Shots 😍

Our chef made these cheesy shots in Artisan Kadhai and they came out really crispy and perfectly cooked from inside

Recipe for Potato Cheese Shots

Ingredients:

• ½ cup grated Potato
• ½ cup grated Processed Cheese
• ½ cup Bread Crumb
• 2 tbsp chopped Green Chilli
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped Coriander
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tbsp Pizza Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

For Filling:

• ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese

For Coating:

• ¼ cup Maida
• ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying

Method:

• Take all the ingredients and mix them very well.
• Then make balls and fill mozzarella cheese inside.
• Coat these balls in maida slurry, then in breadcrumbs.
• Now deep fry these.

Serve these hot and enjoy! 😍
