Continue ShoppingThis is a yummy and wholesome meal. You / your kids are going to love this! We've used normal aata / whole wheat flour roti for this recipe, you could use any flour you like.
Heat olive oil, add in garlic cook till the garlic starts to brown. Add in tomatoes and cook on high heat for a minute, add in the basil, salt and sugar cook on medium heat for 5-8mins till mushy.
Heat olive oil, add the the veggies, salt, olives and oregano. Cook on high heat for 2 mins. Remove from heat.
Cut the roti from on corner only till it’s 1/2 cut. On 1/4th of the roti, spread the sauce, on the other 1/4th add the veggies, on the next 1/4th add the sauce and on the last 1/4th add the cheese.
Heat olive oil on a pan and cook this on both sides till golden brown, and till the cheese melts. Let it cool and cut into 1/2.
Mix the remaining veggies with the sauce.
Let it cool and pack it up.
Dig in!
