Amazing Roti Quesadilla’s

Our Chef lost the count of roti's to order


Being the savior, he decided it’s time for another episode of who cooks at home 😊 He turned the tables & made this easy and delicious roti quesadilla's in Stahl’s Triply Artisan Series

For the chicken mixture 

  • 1 cup chicken breast cubed 
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions 
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic 
  • 1/4 cup each peppers (red,green and yellow 
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 
  • 2 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Oil for frying 
  • Other ingredients 
  • 3 chapatis 
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 
  • 1/4 processed cheese 
  • Butter for frying 


  • Heat oil in a Kadai and fry the onions and garlic till translucent. 
  • Then add the chicken season with salt and pepper and fry for 2 mins on high heat. 
  • Next add the spice powder and cook on low heat for 5 mins. 
  • Now add the peppers and fry for another 5 mins till the chicken is cooked and most of the water has evaporated. 
  • Now take the chapatis add the chicken mixture add cheese and pan fry these in butter for 3 mins on each side till golden 
  • Cut and serve in triangle with sour cream.
