Ingredients For the chicken mixture
1 cup chicken breast cubed
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup each peppers (red,green and yellow
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Other ingredients
3 chapatis
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 processed cheese
Butter for frying
Method
Heat oil in a Kadai and fry the onions and garlic till translucent.
Then add the chicken season with salt and pepper and fry for 2 mins on high heat.
Next add the spice powder and cook on low heat for 5 mins.
Now add the peppers and fry for another 5 mins till the chicken is cooked and most of the water has evaporated.
Now take the chapatis add the chicken mixture add cheese and pan fry these in butter for 3 mins on each side till golden
