10 Min Pav Bhaji Recipe

Challenge is something our Chef Nidhi loves the most. She has used the amazing Versatile Cooker & Sauce pan for quick & fast cooking. Apparently the pav bhaji came out really really tasty and quick as well 

So if you are running out of time then you can try this recipe & Enjoy😊 

Vishesh Tippani- cooking time can differ a liitle based on your cooking skills😛 
And Prepping time is not included in this 10 minutes😂😂 

And You have to be very fast in cooking and no instagram is allowed in between🤣 

Recipe for Pav Bhaji 
 
Ingredients- 

For Bhaji 

  • 50gm Butter 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Garlic 
  • 2 tbsp Ginger 
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Onion 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum 
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato 
  • Salt to Taste 
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets 
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Carrot 
  • 1/4 cup Chopped BeetRoot 
  • 1/4 cup Peas 
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Potato 
  • 2 tbsp Pab Bhaji Masala 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi 
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves 
  • 1/2 tap Garam Masala 

 
For Tadka- 

  • 50gm Butter 
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric 
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 
  • 1 tsp Pab Bhaji Masala 
  • 1/4 cup Water 

 
Method of Pav Bhaji- 

  1. Add butter and oil in kadhai 
  2. then add Ginger&Garlic, Onion, turmeric powder & kashimiri red chilli powder and just saute these 
  3. add capsicum, tomoto & salt and cook these till the oil releases from sides 
  4. add veggies, pav bhaji masala & water 
  5. cover the cooker and take 4-5 whistle 
  6. allow the cooker to cool down and release the pressure 
  7. mash all the veggies & make sure everything is well combined 
  8. for tadka add butter in pan, then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder & pav bhaji masala and cook the masala very well on low flame. Make sure the flame is very low 
  9. add water to this tadka and allow it come to a boil 
  10. then add this tadka to pab bhaji 
  11. lastly add Roasted Karuri methi, garam masala & coriander leaves to the bhaji & tada your 10 minutes pav bhaji is ready
