Ingredients

Potato, carrot, peas, cauliflower, green beans, capsicum, tomatoes, onion

Ground spices; turmeric, red chilies, coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, fresh cream, oil, salt

 

Steps for the recipe

  1. Dry roast ground spices on low heat and grind to prepare a fine powder.
  2. Heat oil and put all the chopped veggies to it.
  3. Add salt to taste and cook till the veggies get softer.
  4. Add half of the ground spice powder, and cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Transfer the cooked veggies aside.
  6. For gravy, heat oil and add chopped onions to it. Saute for a while then add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add tomato pure to the mixture and cook well.
  8. Add water and let it simmer for few minutes.
  9. Add cooked vegetables and cook for 2-3 min.
  10. Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi, mix well
  11. Top the recipe with heavy cream and serve hot

Steps for the recipe

  1. Heat oil in a kadai and saute finely chopped onions
  2. Once the onions turn translucent, add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds.
  3. Now add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 min.
  4. Add ground spices, mix well and saute.
  5. Once the mixture turns into a paste and starts separating from the oil, add thin slices of capsicum and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add salt to taste and hot water to the gravy as per thye requirement.
  7. Add paneer cubes, mix well
  8. Finish the recipe with a pinch of garam masala and kasuri methi.
  9. Serve hot
